Families and Seniors Policy and Action Plan
During summer 2016, the City's Comité famille et aînés (Family and Seniors Committee) will undertook a broad citizen consultation as part of rewriting its Family Policy and developing a new 2017-2019 Action Plan.To assist in developing this policy, which will include all age groups (children, teenagers, parents and seniors), Ville de Brossard launched an online survey to solicit citizens' expectations and comments. A Survey Squad was also present at various summer activities to meet people and ask them questions about the subject. The survey closed on August 26 and the results are being compiled and analyzed.
The Family and Seniors Committee recommend a 2017-2019 Family and Seniors Policy to our elected officials for adoption. The Committee then put the final touches on the Action Plan.
