Publish public notices

In certain circumstances, Brossard is obliged to publish public notices, especially when the Council adopts a by-law, approves applications for minor variances in terms of urban planning and in some other cases (deposit of the tax assessment roll, municipal elections, etc.)

Moreover, in accordance with the Cities and Towns Act, the Act respecting land use planning and development and other applicable laws, in certain cases, the city regularly publishes public notices inherent to municipal affairs.

Public notices are displayed on the website to provide easy access to them. This does not replace the obligations established in law. Notices relating to calls for tenders are disseminated in the Ma Ville section under “tenders” tab and via the Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO).
